Part time faculty for PSY M01 (Introductory Psychology), PSY 016 (Personality Theories), and PSY M08 (Abnormal Psychology) classes.  Duties include preparing and teaching class lectures, maintaining student information, and holding office hours for student support outside of class.

Current duties include the maintaining of agent's work schedules, history and status; setting up and scheduling the monitoring of consumer calls for quality assurance purposes. Past duties have included answering consumer customer service calls; manning the Control Desk- monitoring of incoming calls to ensure proper staff coverage; training new hire agents, and performed in industrial video for the Telephone Banking Division. Have maintained a level 1 performance rating for the past 4 annual reviews.

Graduate internship:  participated in the development and initiation of an on-campus Anxiety Clinic, which offers various therapeutic options for those who are seeking treatment for, and/or knowledge about anxiety disorders.  Duties include providing diagnostic interviews as well as clinical therapy for clients.

Graduate internship working 6 hours per week at the Institute, part of which includes working with developmentally impaired adults, teaching social skills in a weekly group setting. Duties include leading group sessions, review and update social skills modules, as well as assisting with various office duties.
